IFCU proposes 4 Leadership Webinars for Senior Women executives in HEI, Rectors, Presidents, Vice-Rectors, Directors of departments and institutes, board members...

MAIN OBJECTIVES
* To assist participant to :
* To enhance FEMALE leadership rather than to put the genders at odds with each other...
* To balance the male and female aspects of leadership.
* To reveal the significant potential of each participant and find her own Leadership DNA.
* To enable the full expression of our talents and our vision of the world.

MASTERCLASS STRUCTURE：
March 31: What is Women Leadership
The aim of this first Webinar is to provide the framework for reflection, examining experiences of leadership in academia and allowing all participants to take the floor, to achieve a shared situational analysis of the obstacles and challenges to female leadership in academia. It will also confront participants’ personalities and values with the requirements of management and leadership. The work is both an examination of professional experience and exercise to interiorise and individually re-examine your one life, in order to find the resources you can fall back on to fulfil the conditions of female leadership.

April 7: Emotional Intelligence
The second Webinar focuses on emotional intelligence and through a series of exercises aimed at ownership of the specific conditions of female leadership. Work focusing on the roles, postures and attitudes of academia will form the introduction, and be followed by an analysis of the different languages of communication and reflection on the subject of the 4 “brain types”. Particular attention will be paid to the leader’s attitudes when confronted with the problems that arise in the life of any team.

April 14: Charisma and Presence
This Webinar will focus on “developing your presence”: exercise on body language, expressing emotion, work on voice and gestures – in other words, how to embody leadership. The ambition, through the examples offered, is also for participants to be able to discern their own charisma, their own expression of leadership (exercise: my self-portrait as a leader), in order to find their own keys for humanist leadership: reflections on personal values and those of the university body, responsibility and commitments VS university and teams, team motivation, finding one’s leader DNA.

An EXTRA SESSION will be organized about ARCHETYPES on April 21st, 2021 from 1 to 3 pm (Paris Time).
